Steel Built
To Outlast
Anchor supplies structural steel and metal for mid- and high-rise construction using a proprietary formula engineered to exceed the durability standards of conventional methods — by design, not by margin.
A New Standard in Steel
Anchor’s proprietary formula produces structural steel that outlasts conventional ASTM-rated material across the metrics that matter most in mid- and high-rise construction: corrosion resistance, fatigue life, and sustained load performance. The result is steel that earns its specification — not just meets it.
Anchor steel is formulated to extend structural service life beyond conventional ASTM-rated cycles — reducing lifecycle replacement costs and lowering long-term maintenance obligations for owners and operators.
A proprietary alloy treatment achieves superior corrosion resistance across the humidity ranges and coastal conditions common to Sunbelt and high-density urban construction environments.
Load-bearing specifications exceed standard thresholds, delivering greater safety margins without requiring additional section sizes, material weights, or structural redundancy.
What We Build
Anchor supplies the full structural steel scope for mid- and high-rise construction — from primary framing to secondary members and custom fabricated assemblies.
W-beams, HSS sections, columns, built-up members, and primary framing assemblies to specification. Cut, drilled, and shipped ready for erection.
Grade 60 and 80 deformed rebar, welded wire mesh, column ties, and dowel systems for concrete-integrated structural systems.
Composite and form deck for floor systems in mid- and high-rise applications. Galvanized or painted finishes to project specification.
Cut-to-spec, welded assemblies, and connection hardware for non-standard structural conditions. Fabricated to stamped engineer drawings.
Mid & High-Rise Construction
Anchor is built for the structural demands of buildings from five stories up. Every order is managed against a production schedule — lead times compressed from the industry standard of 16–22 weeks down to 6–10 weeks for pre-committed projects.
| Building Type | Stories | Typical Tonnage | Steel Value | Lead Time (Anchor) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Multifamily Mid-Rise | 5–8 | 150–300 tons | $525K–$1.4M | 6–8 weeks |
| Mixed-Use Mid-Rise | 8–15 | 350–700 tons | $1.2M–$3.2M | 7–10 weeks |
| High-Rise Residential | 15–30 | 700–2,000 tons | $2.5M–$9M | 8–12 weeks |
| High-Rise Commercial | 20+ | 1,500–4,000 tons | $5M–$18M | Custom schedule |
